Chronic Disease Management

The practice runs extensive recall schedules for chronic disease management including:

• Asthma
• Diabetes
• COPD
• Coronary heart disease
• Thyroid disorders
• Raised blood pressure

Other Services

• Antenatal Clinic: Alternate Monday afternoons
  The clinic is run by the community midwife. The doctor and community midwife provide care, support and advice during pregnancy, confinement and the early postnatal period. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.
• Cervical Smears
  Patients are seen as per the recall schedule.
• Phlebotomy: Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
  By appointment only.
• Family Planning
  The surgery offers family planning advice and services.
• Minor Surgery
  For the removal of lumps and bumps under local anaesthetic. Please see Dr. Millan for assessment first. The NHS does not allow us to operate for cosmetic reasons alone.
