Our Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists book most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform many other important tasks.
When you contact our Surgery asking to see a GP / nurse, our receptionists will ask you few related questions about your health issue and the reason you are ringing today. This is to provide you the best care possible with the relevant team member. This will help you to get your health issues addressed promptly with the right clinician and within the quickest possible time frame. We would therefore kindly urge all our patients to please co-operate with our receptionists.
