The Surgery are now using new software provider AccuRx to deliver e-consultations to patients. The e-consultation service is available Monday to Friday within Surgery opening hours and is a great alternative to picking up the telephone.
You can access medical advice for non-urgent queries and ask our Reception/Admin team any queries or questions you might have. This service is designed to offer you quick, convenient access to the Surgery and escape the lengthy call queues. There will be times when you will see the Medical Requests option is not available, this is because the clinical team on that given day are already working to capacity and for safety reasons the function has been disabled.
