Due to an extreme increase of demand for our services, along with a number of staff sickness and unexpected absences, we ask that you do not contact the surgery by phone unless it is medically necessary. However, if you do call, please understand the call make take a little longer than usual to be answered.
Our highly trained team will signpost you to the most appropriate advice, such as self-treatment, your local pharmacy or even the minor injuries clinic at the QE2. We are also fortunate to offer appointments at the Extended Access service.
While we appreciate that patients may be frustrated by the limited options, please be aware that we operate a zero-tolerance policy against any form of abuse towards our staff.
