Community Nurses

There is a team of community nurses who support our surgery and provide nursing care in a patient’s own home. They also advise relatives and carers on how to nurse the patients between visits, encouraging independence and liaising closely with your GP about relevant treatment. They can also give advice on other services that you may require.
